Terms of Service

Last updated: May 3, 2026 (includes indie-developer liability boundaries and App Store references).

These terms govern use of the website and (when available) the FamilyMedVault app. They are not legal advice.

1. The service

FamilyMedVault provides tools to organize health-related information for you and your family. The service is provided by an independent developer. Features may change; we aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site or in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified professionals for health decisions.

3. Community

Community submissions must be lawful and respectful. We may remove content or block abuse to protect users and the service. Spam, harassment, or illegal content is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.

5. App Store (Apple)

If you obtain the app via the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. You also agree to Apple's applicable terms where required.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
